Roadside member benefit
Roadside Assistance is one of the practical benefits that may be included with an All American Protection Plans membership. Availability, activation, eligible vehicles, services, limits, exclusions, and provider conditions depend on the member's enrollment documents.
Call All American Protection Plans at (813) 264-7110 and request the roadside dispatch path associated with your enrollment. Have the member name, confirmation or membership number, vehicle information, location, and a safe callback number available.
The applicable terms may address services such as towing, battery assistance, flat-tire assistance, lockout help, or fuel and fluid delivery. The enrollment documents control which services are included and any mileage, event, vehicle, territory, product-cost, or reimbursement limits.
Provider availability can vary by location, weather, vehicle condition, time, and safe access. Confirm eligibility and any required authorization before arranging service independently.
Call 911 first for an accident, fire, medical emergency, dangerous roadway position, or immediate threat. Move to a safe location when possible and follow the directions of emergency personnel.
