Roadside assistance

Roadside help for Tampa-area members.

All American Protection Plans has a Tampa business address and provides member-support resources for eligible enrollments. When car trouble happens in the Tampa area, the right dispatch instructions and clear location information help move the request forward.

On a bridge, interstate, or busy road

Identify the road, direction of travel, nearest exit or recognizable landmark, and your position relative to traffic. For a bridge or divided roadway, the approach direction matters. If the vehicle creates an immediate danger, call 911 and follow emergency personnel’s directions.

Tell dispatch about a narrow shoulder, traffic restrictions, or instructions already given by an officer. Do not walk into traffic to look for a sign or mile marker.

At a garage, venue, or private property

A downtown garage, event parking area, apartment complex, or gated property can have access restrictions. Give the level or section, available entrance, clearance limits if known, and a safe callback number. Confirm any property access requirements with the appropriate staff.

A tow or tire service may need a different setup in a restricted space. Let dispatch and the service provider determine what can be done safely.

If your benefit came through another local business

Some customers receive AAPP-supported benefits through a partner organization. Use the program name and instructions supplied by that organization. The service arrangement and benefits may differ from the online AAPP offer.

Reach the right team
