How to request cancellation
Call (813) 264-7110 or email info@aapp.club and clearly state that you want to cancel your All American Protection Plans membership. Provide your name and the phone number or mailing address associated with your account; include your member or confirmation number if available. Do not send full payment-card details. You may also write to the address below; allow for postal delivery.
Ask for confirmation of your cancellation and keep a copy of your request and response. Your enrollment terms and applicable law determine the effective date. If a charge posts after the applicable cancellation date, contact support with the transaction date and amount for review.
Future billing and benefits
Cancellation stops future renewal charges according to your agreement and applicable law. The date your benefit access ends depends on your enrollment terms. If you have separately enrolled in other programs, identify each program you wish to cancel; a request for one program does not automatically cancel every separate service.
Refund requests
Cancellation and a refund are separate requests. To request a refund, identify the transaction date, amount, and reason. Refund eligibility and amount are determined by your enrollment disclosures, any applicable guarantee, and applicable law. This website does not create a new refund restriction or replace a right provided at enrollment.
An approved refund is generally returned through the original payment method. Posting time depends on the payment provider and your financial institution. Ask support for the refund confirmation and expected timing. A request is not confirmation that a refund has been approved or processed.
Promotions and consumer rights
Membership cancellation or refund does not by itself disqualify you from the separate voucher program. Continue to follow your voucher's redemption instructions. Nothing in this policy prevents you from disputing an unauthorized charge, contacting a regulator, or exercising a legal right.
