A gas or grocery voucher is a conditional promotional rebate, not cash, a prepaid payment card, or an immediately redeemable store coupon. The maximum value, qualifying purchases, deadlines, and redemption instructions printed with your offer govern. Values may vary by offer; do not substitute another offer's forms or amount.
Redemption and documentation
Follow the numbered forms and monthly submission sequence supplied with your voucher. Include the required qualifying receipts, completed form, and any required self-addressed stamped envelope. Use the mailing address on your voucher materials and keep copies. Missing or incomplete submissions may delay eligibility or payment under your offer's rules.
Payment and eligibility
Payments depend on approved submissions and the schedule in your voucher packet. The printed face value is a maximum, not a promise of immediate payment. Review purchase minimums, excluded items, monthly limits, final-payment conditions, and expiration dates before purchasing or mailing documents.
Membership and voucher questions
The promotion is separate from membership services. Membership cancellation or refund does not by itself disqualify you from the voucher program. Continue to follow the redemption terms supplied with your voucher. If you are missing forms or need help identifying your offer, contact support with your claim number and the printed voucher amount.
