• Copies of every submitted document
• Proof of mailing or submission when available

Oil-change rebates and promotional vouchers are different

An oil-change rebate benefit concerns an eligible vehicle maintenance expense. The grocery and gas voucher is a separate promotional program with its own numbered forms and requirements. Use the instructions for the specific benefit you are redeeming; the two programs are not interchangeable.
