Member questions

Where do I find my AAPP roadside assistance number?

When a vehicle problem happens, the most useful number is the dispatch contact issued with your own roadside benefit. Keep it with your member information so you can reach the right service when you are away from home.

Start with your own benefit documents

Check your enrollment confirmation, member materials and the roadside section of your benefit documents. If your program uses a member app, look there for the issued roadside contact and your membership details. A roadside benefit received through a car wash, employer or other business may use instructions specific to that program.

Your documents should identify who can use the benefit, which vehicles qualify, where assistance is available and how a service request is authorized. If any detail is unclear, ask before relying on the benefit.

If you cannot find the number

For help locating your AAPP enrollment information, contact general support at (813) 264-7110 or info@aapp.club. General support hours are Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern. This is distinct from the 24/7 roadside dispatch described in eligible programs.

Have the name and contact information associated with your enrollment ready. If you enrolled through another company, identify that company and the program. Do not post account numbers, full addresses or payment details in a public review.

Prepare for the dispatch call

The representative can explain the request process. Confirm eligibility, any charges, the destination for a tow and how updates will reach you. If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services first.

  • Your member or enrollment information.
  • Your exact location, nearest intersection or mile marker, and a safe callback number.
  • Vehicle make, model, color and the problem you are experiencing.
  • Any safety concern, access restriction or special vehicle requirement.

Save the instructions before your next trip

Keep an offline copy of the dispatch contact and member information on your phone or with your vehicle documents. Share the relevant instructions with eligible household drivers. Check that everyone knows the difference between a roadside service request, a general account question and an emergency.
