Roadside benefits that support the dealership relationship.

A dealership roadside program should help customers understand whom to contact after leaving the lot. All American Protection Plans can discuss a benefit arrangement that fits your eligible customers, vehicles, and follow-up process.

Define the eligible customer and term

Decide whether the proposed benefit is tied to selected vehicle sales, service customers, or a loyalty program. Clarify the start date, duration, vehicle types, and what happens if a vehicle is sold or the customer moves. These details should be resolved before staff describe the offer.

Check for overlap with existing assistance

Customers may already have roadside benefits through a manufacturer, insurer, or another program. Explain the specific dealership-provided arrangement and give its contact instructions. Do not imply that a new benefit replaces a manufacturer warranty or pays for mechanical repairs.

Make the delivery handoff useful

Include the roadside instructions and applicable terms in the customer’s delivery materials. Show where to find the dispatch contact and explain which questions go to the dealership and which go to the program’s support team.

A towing allowance does not automatically guarantee transport back to your dealership. Confirm permitted destinations and additional-mileage responsibility in the program before marketing that result.

Prepare a proposal brief

Tell us your locations, expected eligible customers, vehicle mix, desired benefit duration, and how you want the program branded. Include your preferred support handoff and the employee responsible for launch coordination.

Let’s talk about your audience.

Program scope, price, branding, and responsibilities are confirmed in a written proposal.
